The Parish Office

The Parish Office is available to parishioners who wish to request masses, to get Baptismal or Confirmation certificates or to get information regarding the various parish activities and groups. The weekly parish newsletter is also produced at the parish office. If you wish to put items in the newsletter please contact the parish office by 3pm Friday. To request baptisms or weddings please contact the priests.

Parish Pastoral Council

The PPC meets monthly from September to June. Members are drawn from various station areas and ministries. Its role is threefold: to plan for the future of the parish; to liaise with and support all existing parish groups and to support the priests in their pastoral ministry. Two PPC members, along with the priests, also participate in the Area Pastoral Council.

Contact Persons Group

This group links the people with the parish e.g. distribute parish material in their area, help update the parish list and link with new parishioners in their area.

Finance Committee

The Finance Group offers sound financial advice, planning and direction; it helps the parish to fund and manage the resources it needs to carry out parish policies, and to look after parish buildings and property. Weekly collections are published in the newsletter and annual accounts are published for parishioners.

Buildings Committee

This group works with the priests and Finance Committee in planning the building, maintenance and renovation works for the parish.
